I was thinking about money, recently -- hehe well I ALWAYS think about money -- and then I was thinking that the people who make money nowadays in the US are those who own rehab/drug treatment centers. Business that Lindsay Lohan alone can make you is enough to get you covered for the rest of the decade. Haha! But then again, their treatment centers are so luxurious that it's like taking a break in a 7-star resort! It's no wonder La Lohan keeps going back.

Nowadays, they even have ADD ADHD Drug Treatment Centers because studies show that alcohol consumption and drug experimentation are higher in children that have Attention Deficit Disorder/Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder, thus, leading to substance abuse.

What do you think? Perhaps there is a market for luxury rehab/treatment centers here in Malaysia??

People say, the best way to find something is to buy a replacement. Somehow, it does hold some truth to it. Every time I lose something, I'll find it the moment I buy a replacement. Take my makeup brushes. I lost it a while back and I kept looking around for it for months. Once I gave up and bought a new set, it just miraculously appeared the same place I was looking for it. Urgh.

The annual Shape magazine's Shape Night Run 2011 will be held on 30th July 2011 at Putrajaya. (Registration is already closed, by the way).

I've been training diligently so that I can join the fun run which is only a 5km run. But I've never ran 2km in my life before so to complete a 5km run is something that I can't wait to conquer.

During one of my training sessions a couple of weeks ago, I managed to finish a 5km in 42 mins which is really really slow. But then again, I'm just glad that I managed to run non stop and managed to finish in my own time.

However, I'm so bummed that despite my training, I won't be able to join this year. I sort of neglected the fact that the race is on 30th July 2011 which is the day before we Muslims start fasting month. The race is at night which means that most of us Muslims will be starting the terawih prayers already. The hubs really won't be happy with me if I chose to run anyway.

So, as much as I'd like to join, I've got to skip this one and perhaps just wait for another race in the future.

As losing weight goes, running is one of the best fat burners that cost nothing at all. I have lost about 6-7kgs since I started training but I'm still looking to lose more fat and dropping a couple more dress sizes. So good luck to me! :P

Every year, around July, I begin to get a little anxious. Maybe it's the fact that half of the year is gone and we've begun the 2nd half of the year. Maybe it's because Hari Raya is coming close and there's always that dilemma of whether to go back to KK or stay here in KL. Maybe it's the thought of all those expenses that comes with Hari Raya. OR maybe I'm just a naturally anxious person.

But yes, right now, I'm feeling it at the pit of my stomach. Not even getting payday advance loans can keep my anxiety at bay.

I just pray to God that the coming months will be easier for me.

Last night has got to be one of the weirdest dreams I've had in a long while. I was decked out in an all leather outfit – very Hell's Angels – but the weird thing was, I was in english riding boots and I was on a horse and in search of bad guys.

I wonder what psychologists would say about my subconscious when they hear that.

I just think I've been watching one too many movies and tv series. I recently watched a slasher Halloween movie, Trick 'R' Treat, followed by Prince of Persia and have finally started on the Supernatural series that I had sitting in my hard drive for the longest time.
