People say, the best way to find something is to buy a replacement. Somehow, it does hold some truth to it. Every time I lose something, I'll find it the moment I buy a replacement. Take my makeup brushes. I lost it a while back and I kept looking around for it for months. Once I gave up and bought a new set, it just miraculously appeared the same place I was looking for it. Urgh.
Right now, I seem to be missing my watch. My mom gave it to me for my 18th birthday and it's one of my most prized possessions. I know Allie loves to wear it.. I caught her wearing it once. I don't wear it all the time because I normally have chores to do that involve detergents so I always leave it in a jewelry box on my dressing table. I was looking for it in my children's toy storage box (it's where I find most missing things) but I can't seem to find it. Even the best metal detectors won't find anything in that mess!
I'm so frustrated right now. Mom, if you're reading this.. don't kill me.
