Bacon Lip Balm, anyone?

Posted by Shemah Sham | 1/24/2010 11:31:00 PM in ,,| 0 comments

Among one of the bizarre items I've found online, Bacon Lip Balm is one of them. I know that no matter how crazy or yucky some of you may find it to be, I'm sure that some of you out there are totally game for this one!

The Bacon Lip Balm (retailing at $3.99)allows bacon lovers to have the best of both worlds, moisturizer for your chapped lips while having the taste of bacon on your lips all day long. I think it's definitely great for those on a diet or taking phosphacore diet pills too!

So, who's game for some piggy kisses?

p/s: No actual pigs were harmed in the making of this lip balm.

Fat Burner Gizmo!

Looking for a really cool fat burner gizmo?? Well, instead of going through boring bouts of exercise, I suggest you get yourself equipped with this really cool toy!

Instead of annoying your colleagues with NERF guns that you borrowed from your nephew or nieces, you might want to get a hold on this Marshmallow Blaster! You're right! The awesome guys over at ThinkGeek have come up with this Colossus of Confectionary Combat!

As per description:

Firing one regular sized marshmallow (not included) at a time, the Marshmallow Blaster has the power to hit targets up to 40 feet away. Easy to load and reload. Just pump the handle to build up air pressure, then lock and load a marshmallow. The handle of the pump conveniently doubles as a stock for added stabilization. You can even load up a shotgun blast of mini marshmallows, for a good scatter shot. This is the Sultan of Sugary Shoot-outs, the Colossus of Confectionary Combat, the Bazooka of Bite-Sized Bonbons - you get the idea. Add a Marshmallow Blaster to your arsenal and office domination is almost guaranteed. And, dare we say, victory will indeed be sweet.

For just $27.99, I can finally forget about my mission to seek fat burners for women! Finally! LOL!

Geek Candies!

Right now, I am practically falling asleep at Coffee Bean.. I was at a friend of a friend's hen party last night and stayed up wayyyy too late. Now, I am trying to catch up on my assignments and feeling darn tired. Another bummer is that Coffee Bean has run out of "regular sized cups", so I have to settle for a small cup.

Gosh!! Someone must hate me alot!

Anyways at times like this, I better have these caffeinated candies on hand! At only $3.99, it might not be the best weight loss diet pill around, but it could sure help me with my constant yawning. ngantuk

Slow Poke!

I recently accompanied my mom to a pharmacy to get some normal allergy medication for my sister and it was so annoying that the pharmacist assistant took soooo long to locate the medication that we asked for. In the end, the pharmacist had to get it himself despite being swamped by other

Come on, I used to work as a pharmacist assistant when I was fresh out of college and I had to memorize every product, the best products (e.g: best joint supplements) that was sold as well as the active ingredients. So don't tell me that she doesn't even know where it was located.
If she was new there, I wouldn't have minded, but we've been there before and every time she takes her own sweet time. around

I think it's about time we changed our pharmacy....

Fruit Machine Craze!

Row of slot machines inside Las Vegas airport.

For 2010, my horoscope (according to famed astrologer, Madam Lilian Too) shows that I will be have great success in business as well as financially! However, it seems that I musn't depend on the opportunities that come my way but I have to make my own opportunities.

Is investing some moolah in slot machine rvms a good call?? Hahaha.. I don't have much experience with anything regarding slot machines or gambling but who knows? Maybe the stars and universe might align themselves to make me the "God of Gamblers" this year? LOL!

On a more serious note though, for those of you out there who are looking for new online casinos to check out, CasinoScandinavia.com offers an array of slot machine rvm games for you to try out!

I just found out that these slot machines (or poker machines as they're known in Australia and fruit machines as they're known in the UK) are re controlled by a microprocessor for spinning of numbers and the chances of manipulations is a big fat ZERO!

So, for those of you out there who are trying to make their own opportunities this 2010, this might just be the right A-game for you!

Mexico, anyone??

Posted by Shemah Sham | 1/10/2010 09:52:00 PM in | 0 comments

Ever since the H1N1 flu virus spread in 2009, most people I know have refrained from traveling overseas. I know that Mexico's tourism has been hit hard due to the virus and now vacation packages to Mexico are a steal! I found an all inclusive mexico vacation package as low as $135 for a winter vacation at Cabo San Lucas!

Tempting, huh?

However, since my horoscope for 2010 asks me to be a little bit more frugal this year, then a Mexico vacay is out of the question. :(

Welcome To The Dark Side

God knows I have a lot of supportive friends. However, when it comes to dieting, I also have loads of friends over at the dark side just waiting for me to fall off my Blockbuster Diet wagon -- they're even dressed in Dark Side t-shirts. Well, not really.. but I can sure imagine one of them wearing this..

But after struggling to take out my brother's fitness equipment from his room, I am determined to use it! LOL! The Dark Side can try their damnedest to pull me over!

Actually, truth is, the toughest part of a diet isn't watching what you eat. It's watching what other people eat.

p/s: T-shirt costs $18.99 and can be bought here.

Microsoft launches Project Natal

Posted by Shemah Sham | 1/07/2010 09:03:00 PM in ,| 0 comments

Xbox

Microsoft has launched a new project called Project Natal - which allows users to play games controlled by body movements and speech rather than a handheld device.

Visitors to the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas, also heard that Natal will work on all existing xbox 360 consoles.

"With Project Natal we are allowing you to have the experience you want with technology that's natural for you," said Microsoft's Robbie Bach.

Natal's body gesturing system relies on cameras, sensors, microphones and software to understand voice commands and capture the motions of a player as they jump, kick or wave.

"We are removing the last barrier to gaming - the controller," said Mr Bach, President of Entertainment and Devices at Microsoft.

Project Natal was first announced at the E3 video games conference in June last year. Since then, Microsoft has been inundated with questions about when it would go on sale.

At the company's keynote presentation at CES, Mr Bach did not say how much Natal would cost or which countries it would launch in. However, Microsoft has announced that Natal will go on sale on November 2010!!

Gamers ready???!!?!?!

Super Bummed!

Ne-YoNe-Yo via last.fm

So I'm feeling pretty bummed right now 'coz at this very moment, instead of screaming and singing at the top of my lungs surrounded by girls of all ages, singing along to Mad At You, Never Knew I Needed or Sexy Love, serenaded by Gentleman of The Year, Ne-Yo, I am sitting here blogging at Coffee Bean. sedih Sitting under harsh lights no less. Very unflattering for my complexion.

Yep, I missed the Ne-Yo concert held tonight at Sunway, KL.. because I am still currently back in my hometown. I am sooo bummed! sedih

I'm trying to not let it get me down, but there's this life insurance sitting at the next table boring me to tears. And I'm not even sitting at the same table with him.

Why oh why?!?!?!
