I have lost 3kgs so far just by cutting down on carbs (mainly rice) because I still take noodles and a little pasta.. albeit in smaller portions. I also find time to exercise in the evenings -- not only does it make me feel great but it's also great fun to exercise together with my children. They love it.. especially when I choose Zumba - a cardio dance exercise thingy. I truly believe that if you do it the right way, without the help of appetite suppressants like phentermine, you'll still be able to achieve your weight loss goal. Minus the possible side effects.
So eat healthy, exercise and you'll be on your way to a happier and healthier body!
