Every single time I finish watching an episode of Gossip Girl, it makes me feel like hopping on a plane over to New York. Going to one of the most populated urban cities in the world would be extreme fun. It's not just the hustle and bustle of New York City that I'd love to experience, but I'd love to walk the street of Brooklyn - going over to art fair and galleries.. and experience the beauty of Staten Island.

I've been there as a child but I'd definitely love to go again - this time bringing my children. I think it's just a great place to go despite so many people saying that New York is hardly the place to go for a family vacation.

However, before you listen to any unadventurous nincompoops, you might want to check out what those many New York Tours have to offer. I’m sure you can find a great family package that includes going to Broadway shows such as Shrek The Musical, The Little Mermaid and Mary Poppins Broadway Show.

This trip will definitely be one to add on to my wishlist. I hope that with the annual free tickets that my husband gets from his benefits at working in an airline company, I'll be able to make this dream come true soon.
